1. Cleaning and maintenance of the inside and outside of the box: Before operation, the internal impurities should be removed. The distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year. During cleaning, a vacuum cleaner can be used to remove indoor dust. The outside of the box should also be cleaned at least once a year. Before cleaning, wipe it with soapy water. Check and maintain the humidifier of the constant temperature and humidity testing machine. The water storage inside the humidifier should be replaced once a month to ensure clean water quality. The humidification water tray should be cleaned once a month to ensure smooth water flow.

2. Inspection and adjustment of wet bulb water level: The water level in the water tank should not be too high, causing water to overflow from the water tank or too low, causing abnormal water absorption of the wet bulb test cloth, affecting the accuracy of the wet bulb. The water level should be maintained at about six percent full. The adjustment of the water level in the water tank can adjust the height of the water tank.

3. Replacement of wet bulb test cloth: When the surface of the test cloth is not clean or becomes hard, or after completing temperature control, the test cloth must be replaced before continuing temperature and wet bulb control. The test cloth should be replaced every three months. When replacing, the temperature measuring body should be wiped with a clean cloth. When replacing with a new test cloth, it should be cleaned thoroughly first.

4. Check the over temperature protector: When the constant temperature and humidity test box is running, the over temperature protection is set to a high value. When the temperature inside the test box rises to the over temperature protection set point, the power supply to the heater stops. The over temperature warning light is on but the fan is still running. If it runs for a long time and is unattended, please make sure to check whether the over temperature protector is properly set before operation (refer to the setting of the wet bulb over temperature protector).

5. Cleaning of condenser dust: The condenser should be regularly maintained monthly, using a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust attached to the condenser heat dissipation mesh or using high-pressure air to spray the dust.
