Mainly aimed at adaptability testing of electrical and electronic products, as well as their components and other materials during transportation and use in high and low temperature comprehensive environments. However, in addition to daily use, maintenance of high and low temperature test chambers is also essential after use. So how should high and low temperature test chambers be cleaned after use? Here is my sharing:

1. Replacement of components: As the equipment is used for a longer period of time, a small portion of vulnerable parts need to be replaced in a timely manner, otherwise the equipment will malfunction and affect its flexibility and reliability.

2. For system maintenance, it is necessary to unplug the power and try to shut down the compressor and other components in the high and low temperature test chamber when power is cut off, to prevent damage.

3. Wipe the high and low temperature test chamber clean with a clean cloth. Before using it again, the first thing you need to do is to open the door of the high and low temperature test box for ventilation, and at the same time, wipe the inside of the high and low temperature test box again. Clean the accumulated dust on the condenser to facilitate heat dissipation after the operation of the high and low temperature test chamber.

4. Regular dust removal: Because excessive accumulation of dust can lead to a decrease in accuracy of the equipment, in order to ensure that the test results of the equipment are correct, it is necessary to regularly carry out dust removal work inside and outside the test equipment. However, to ensure personal safety, it is essential to ensure that the power supply to the equipment is cut off before each dust removal operation.

5. Before reusing, after cleaning the high and low temperature test chamber, do not immediately start using it. Let the high and low temperature test chamber run for a short time, stop for a period of time after running for two or three minutes, and repeat this process several times. Why do we have to do this? We know that lubricating oil has fluidity. When the high and low temperature test chamber is left for a period of time, it can cause the lubricating oil of local components to be too thin. When used again, due to the internal temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber being room temperature, the compressor needs to run continuously for a long time when it drops to the rated temperature. At this time, the parts with too thin lubricating oil will experience rapid wear, thereby reducing the service life of the high and low temperature test chamber.

6. Running the high and low temperature test chamber for multiple short periods of time can allow lubricating oil to redistribute within the compressor and infiltrate the interior of the components through intermittent periods. By the way, many newly purchased high and low temperature test chambers have been left unused in the laboratory for a period of time. This method can also be used to maintain the high and low temperature test chambers during initial use to prevent compressor lifespan loss.
