*The machine is driven by a servo motor and provides high-precision torque testing.
*The testing conditions are all set by the computer screen and can be stored.
*It is possible to directly test the torque value change at each angle (torque angle curve change chart).
*Simultaneously display the torque angle curve and torque decay life curve.
*Can store and print graphics (torque angle curve and torque decay life curve, inspection reports).
*The inspection report is automatically printed and can be converted for output or directly output through the network.
*The upper and lower limits of the test can be entered, and the machine will automatically stop if it exceeds the specifications.
*Can set torque values: forward torque, reverse torque, forward torque, reverse torque.
*Test the direction of travel: forward turn to go, forward turn to go back. Reverse trip, reverse trip return. Forward to reverse direction, forward to return direction.
Torsion angle curve:
*It can directly record the torque value changes at each angle. (X-axis represents angle, Y-axis represents torque)
*Each measurement graph can be tracked by a cross cursor to determine the corresponding torque and angle values, with a minimum accuracy of 0.1 degrees.
*The curve is automatically stored by the computer and can be zoomed in or out at any time. A piece of paper can be used to specify N curve graphs.
*Scroll style curve chart display, allowing for arbitrary browsing of the curve chart.
Life curve chart:
*The header content of the report can be freely set.
*The report can display the maximum, minimum, and average values of each curve.
*The report can display the specification lines for the upper and lower limits of the test.
*Multiple sets of life curve graphs can be set to be displayed simultaneously.
The experimental condition setting operation is simple:

*Select settings from the dropdown menu or input data directly. (including determining the type of force, direction of travel, range of load measurement, range of angle measurement, position of travel origin, detection of travel origin, speed measurement, number of measurements, pause time, and waiting position each time)
*Measurement items and specification settings: The upper and lower limit specification values and test results can automatically determine whether they are OK or NG.
