Continue squeezing until the squeezing force reaches approximately 13kN and immediately relieve pressure. The compression test is used to verify the safety performance of the battery. After the test, the battery should not ignite or explode; It is also an essential testing equipment for various battery manufacturers and research institutes.

2. Used to simulate the internal short circuit of a single battery caused by sharp objects penetrating or piercing during use, storage, transportation, and inspection. Pierce the center position of the maximum surface of the battery with a high-temperature resistant steel needle with a diameter of 2-8mm at a speed of 10mm/s-40mm/s and maintain it for any time. The battery is qualified as not exploding or catching fire.
