Product Introduction
The remote control high current short-circuit device is designed according to various battery short-circuit test standards. According to the standard requirements, the short-circuit device must meet the internal resistance range of 80 ± 20m Ω, in order to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test; In addition, the circuit design of the short-circuit device must also be able to withstand the impact of high currents. Therefore, we have selected industrial grade DC electromagnetic contactors, all copper terminals, and internal copper plates for flow guidance. The wide and thick copper plates effectively improve the heat dissipation effect, make the high current short-circuit device safer, effectively reduce the loss of test equipment, and ensure the accuracy of test data.
Meets the requirements of standards such as GB/T18287-2013, GB8897.4-2008, GB/T18332.2-2001, JGB2374-1995, IEC62133-2012, QB/T2502-2000, SJ/T11170-1998, SN/T1414.3-2004, SN/T14133, YD1268.1-2003, UN38.3, revised versions, UL1642-2005 (2008), UL2054-2004 (2008), etc. If the shell temperature is ≤ 170 ℃, it is considered qualified if the battery is not disassembled, ruptured, or caught on fire after 6 hours of observation after the test.

1. High current DC contactor
1.1 Remote connection and disconnection of AC working voltage to 220V;
1.2 Rated working current of 10A DC, equipped with a series magnetic blowing longitudinal partition ceramic arc extinguishing cover arc extinguishing system;

5. Basic configuration
The entire battery short circuit tester consists of a high current short circuit contactor, (this is an optional remote control controller), a voltmeter, an ammeter, etc;
6. Test site requirements
This test poses certain risks. Please use a separate testing machine room for testing and open an observation window in the laboratory to record voltage and current data when the battery is short circuited.
