Cold and hot impact testing machine is used to test the degree to which material structures or composite materials can withstand continuous environments of extremely high and low temperatures in an instant, in order to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest possible time. Applicable objects include metals, automotive electronics/components, LED/LCD/PDP display lighting, new energy/electronic components/appliances, plastics/rubber/films, scientific research/quality inspection/universities/medical equipment, PCB/FPC/HDI/MPCB/IC and other industry materials, which can serve as the basis and reference for product quality verification or improvement.

The two boxes of equipment are divided into two parts: high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The test product is placed in a basket, and during impact, the basket moves the test product into the high temperature zone or low temperature zone for balancing. The test product is dynamic and equipped with a door opening safety system.

※ Adopting a touch based graphic control interface, the operating cylinder is easy to operate.

※ The impact method applies the wind path switching method to import the temperature into the testing area for cold and hot impact testing.
