Stainless steel hinge
|
High strength stainless steel hinges are installed on the left side of the box door. A single hinge can withstand a continuous force of 3 tons when stretched horizontally, and can be bent in the opposite direction. The two hinges completely deform and merge into one without breaking;

|
The door lock adopts a strong stainless steel hook lock, which can withstand a force of 2 tons in one direction;

Explosion proof chain
|
If a large explosion occurs during the test process and the test box door is blown away, it will cause injuries and other incidents. Therefore, we installed an explosion-proof stainless steel chain with a diameter of 8mm between the door and the door frame. Even if the box door falls off and flies up, this chain is still connected, which will not fly far and cannot cause secondary injuries.

Explosion proof pressure relief system
|
Install one pressure relief door on the side, with a size of 300 * 300mm. When the pressure inside the box is too high, open the pressure relief door to quickly release the pressure inside the box, ensuring the safety of the equipment;

Smoke sensing system
|
Each chamber is connected in parallel with two smoke sensing systems, which can quickly sound and light alarms when smoke is generated inside the box. Due to the high and low temperature circulation inside the box, the smoke sensor is easily damaged. Therefore, installing the smoke sensor outside the box and using a micro air pump to constantly pump the air inside the box into the smoke sensor can avoid damage to the smoke sensor. At the same time, the smoke sensing system is linked with the equipment. When the smoke sensing alarm is triggered, the environmental box stops running, and the blower starts to quickly discharge the smoke;

Smoke exhaust system
|
There is a smoke exhaust port installed on the back of the box, and a flange connection port with a diameter of 100mm is reserved for the smoke exhaust system pipeline, which is connected to the internal smoke exhaust pipeline of the factory and manually controlled.

Fire extinguishing system
|
When smoke is generated in the testing area, the equipment automatically monitors it through smoke sensors (using a suction type smoke alarm device to prevent damage to the alarm due to high gas temperature), and turns on the water-based fire extinguisher to manually/automatically extinguish the fire;
