Overview:
600CMRD-Z is a touch screen automatic Rockwell hardness tester. The initial force and total test force are loaded with weights, which provide more accurate force loading and shorter force loading time.
Driven by an electric motor, the loading platform (screw) can move freely up and down.
After pressing the test start button, the sample will automatically rise and the initial test force will be applied. After the total test force is applied, the hardness value will be automatically displayed.
After the test is completed, the sample automatically descends to a stop of 2mm from the pressure head, making it convenient to move the sample for the next point of testing. Press the test button to obtain the hardness value, achieving full automation of Rockwell hardness testing.
Main functions:
One click to complete the initial test force, the main test force is loaded, unloaded, and the indenter is detached from the sample until the hardness value is displayed. After one click operation, the hardness value result is automatically displayed in numerical form.
