The magnetic yoke type flaw detector has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight, and convenient portability. Suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic materials for various steel structural components, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and various types of welded structures in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and machinery. This flaw detector can be directly connected to AC power for use, or can be optionally equipped with a DC magnetization power supply for efficient and lightweight use. Especially suitable for ship welding seam inspection, high-altitude steel structure welding seam inspection, and internal operations of pressure vessels.

The instrument meets the requirements of JB/T7411-2012 Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detectors.
