Overview:
This system is a newly developed Vickers hardness measurement system, which collects images through high-precision CCD and image acquisition system, and precisely processes the collected images for precise measurement and calculation of diamond indentation produced. The system host adopts an integrated cast aluminum body, which does not deform or move. The weight loading mechanism has stable performance, high measurement accuracy, and good repeatability. The display interface adopts a menu style structure, which is easy to operate, easy to install and debug, and the cast aluminum casing has stable long-term performance with small natural deformation. The weight loading makes the loading force more pure. This micro Vickers hardness measurement system is suitable for Vickers hardness measurement of various metals and some non-metallic materials.
Application scope:
Hardness testing is carried out on various parts (such as machined parts, forgings, cast iron, steel castings, etc.), non-ferrous metals, and heat treated parts. It is also suitable for measuring the effective hardening depth, coating layer, and heat affected parts of welded parts. It can also be used for observing the internal metallographic structure of various metal parts and for collecting, displaying, and outputting images for printing. Suitable for measuring the hardness gradient distribution curve of workpieces and measuring the surface hardness of gears after heat treatment, as well as the effective hardening layer depth.
Basic functions:
● Video/Image Capture: The USB camera that matches DirectShow can be opened to capture and save video and image files;
Camera calibration: The camera can be calibrated with a ruler, and after calibration, the system can be used for geometric dimension measurement;
Calibration management: The system can save multiple calibration data, and users can manage calibration by renaming, uninstalling, loading, deleting, etc;
● Geometric dimension measurement: The system can draw common geometric shapes and measure their geometric dimensions, such as line segments, angles, rectangles, arcs/circles, ellipses, polygons, point to line, point to arc, etc;
Image processing: The system provides rich image processing tools, such as brightness, contrast, gamma, histogram depth, etc. For grayscale images, the system provides filtering and edge finding tools, as well as some standard graphic and image operations such as opening and closing corrosion, expansion, and flowing water coverage;
● Document annotation: The system provides an image document editor, which can input/edit pure text or complex documents containing lists, tables, and images (in HTML format);
● Album management: Multiple images can be saved to a single album file, and images can contain vector information such as geometric shape document annotations;
● Data storage and retrieval: images and measurement data can be conveniently saved in a file for later retrieval, modification or report generation;
● Report: Geometric dimension measurement results can generate a WORD document;
● Fixed magnification printing: Based on the printer properties, the system can print images at the magnification specified by the user.
