Instrument features:

The X/Y axis adopts imported high-precision V-shaped guide rails and ultra precision toothless screw transmission, with low noise, low vibration, and minimal dynamic geometric error deformation;

Using high-quality granite marble base and columns, it has good temperature stability and resistance to effective deformation.

Adopting precision die-casting aviation aluminum worktable, the overall weight of the machine is reduced, practical and beautiful, ensuring that the operator can easily move the X/Y axis when measuring the workpiece.

Finite element structural analysis and optimized structural design ensure the overall high accuracy and stability of the system for this series.

Adopting KMN integrated control box with independent intellectual property rights (Z-axis can be optionally equipped with servo motor/stepper motor drive to achieve electric lifting control, LED light source is controlled by the integrated control box computer.
