4、Usage:
1. Preparation of products: First, confirm the testing frequency and schedule of various products, and prepare to test the products.
2. Clamping product: Place the product in the middle fixing rod, and secure both ends of the earphones with clamps.
3. Adjusting stroke: According to the opening and closing stroke of the product, use an Allen wrench to loosen the eccentric wheel adjustment device, adjust the expansion stroke, and then adjust the closing stroke through the adjustment fixture.
4. Set parameters: Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, and set the number and speed of tests.
5. Start Test: Press the start button to start the test. The machine will clamp both ends of the product and conduct a simulated stretching fatigue test on the product based on the set stroke, speed, and frequency.
6. Test stop: The test will automatically stop after reaching the set number of times.
7. Record results: Record the test results and compare the products to obtain relevant quality information.
8. End of experiment: If the product needs to be replaced or the experiment needs to continue, the above steps can be repeated for operation. End the experiment, remove the product, unplug the power cord, and keep the machine clean.
