It uses a brake motor driven by a chain, and pneumatic drop arms extend and lower. The drop height is used in a digital height gauge, with precise drop height, intuitive display, simple operation, smooth lifting of the drop arm, and small drop angle error. This machine is suitable for various manufacturers and quality inspection departments.

3、 Experimental principle:

Lift the test sample to the predetermined height, then let it fall freely in the predetermined state and collide with the impact table. After testing the packaging of the product, evaluate the damage caused by falling, and evaluate the impact strength of electronic components when they are moved. The corners and surfaces of the packaging container can be tested;

5、 Precautions and maintenance

1. The shell of the testing machine must be reliably grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock;

2. The power input terminal should be connected with air switches and contactors with leakage protection of the same capacity or higher, so as to immediately cut off the power supply in case of emergency;

3. When the machine is running, do not touch parts other than the control panel with your hands to prevent scratches or squeezing;

4. If you need to move the machine, be sure to cut off the power and let it cool for 5 minutes before operating.

5. After the installation of the new machine at the factory is completed, it is necessary to add appropriate low concentration engine oil at the sliding rod. It is strictly prohibited to add rust proof oil or high concentration engine oil, as well as accumulated corrosive oils.

6. If there is too much dust at the oiling area for a long time, please lower the machine to the lower part, wipe off the previous oil, and then re oil it; Regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission components of the machine;

7. The drop machine belongs to mechanical equipment with impact force. When a new machine is used more than 500 times, all screws must be tightened to avoid failure.
