6: Equipment features:
1. This machine can perform free drop tests on the surface, corners, and edges of packaging.
2. Equipped with a digital height display instrument and using an encoder for height tracking, it can accurately provide a product drop height with an error of no more than 2% or 10mm from the preset height.
3. This machine adopts a single arm double column structure, with electric reset, electric drop, and electric lifting devices, making it easy to use.
4. Single arm setup allows for easy placement of products, with a drop angle impact surface and floor plane angle error of less than or equal to 5 degrees. The thickness of the bottom plate is 10mm, and the bottom plate has sufficient weight and force area to withstand a load of 80kg at a height of 1.5 meters. During equipment testing, the arm is tilted and does not shake to achieve free drop of the packaging.
