Main functions:
A lightweight indentation hardness tester;
Through anodizing treatment, it is wear-resistant and rust free, with a comfortable hand feel;
Always calibrated, operated with one hand, without the need for user experience, can be tested in any situation as long as it is within reach;
● Wide measurement range, can measure thickness as low as 1mm, can be tested from very soft pure aluminum to extremely hard aluminum alloys, and the effective measurement range is equivalent to Brinell hardness of 25-135HBW;
● Wide application range;
High sensitivity. The instrument has 100 scales and is much more sensitive than the commonly used Vickers hardness tester in the aluminum alloy industry;
No support required. Only one side of the sample can be touched for testing, without the need to move or support the sample, suitable for oversized, ultra thick workpieces and assembled parts;
Convenient conversion. The Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, and Vickers hardness values can be obtained through a conversion table;
Two spare pressure needles are standard and can be replaced for use.
Applicable materials:
Aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, fiberglass, hard plastics, etc. Its improved version can be used to test special soft metals such as lead and tin, as well as soft plastics, rubber, felt, leather, etc
