Basic Principles
When the sensor moves uniformly in a straight line along the measured surface under the drive of the driving mechanism, the internal contact pins perpendicular to the working surface produce vertical displacement with the micro uneven contour of the working surface. The displacement change is then converted into a change in electrical quantity through the sensor, and the electrical signal is amplified, filtered, converted into a digital signal through A/D, and then processed by DSP to calculate the values of Ra, Rz, Rq, and Rt and displayed.
