1、 Overview of this device:
Under the influence of moisture and impurities in electrical products, insulation leakage may occur between live parts of different polarities or between live parts and grounded metal parts. The resulting arc can cause breakdown, short circuit, material damage due to discharge, and even lead to fire. This testing instrument is a destructive test conducted on insulation materials to simulate the above situation, used to test and evaluate the relative resistance to leakage and marking of insulators under the action of an electric field and impurity containing water at a specified voltage. Solid electrical insulation materials and their products suitable for electrical and electronic products, household appliances, such as relay sockets, conversion switch covers, contactor bodies, etc.
2、 Compliant with standards:
IEC60335, GB4706.1, IEC60884-1, GB2099.1, GB/T4207-2003, IEC60112
3、 Main technical parameters:
Volume inside the box
≥ 0.5 cubic meters, with glass observation door
Electrical load
The test voltage can be adjusted between 100~600V. When the short-circuit current is 1A ± 0.1A, the voltage drop should not exceed 10%. When the short-circuit leakage current in the test circuit is equal to or greater than 0.5A, maintain it for 2 seconds, the relay will act, cut off the current, and indicate that the test object is unqualified.
Force between two poles on the sample
Using a rectangular platinum electrode, the forces exerted by the two electrodes on the sample are 1.0N ± 0.05N, respectively
Dropping device
The droplet height can be adjusted from 30mm to 40mm, the droplet size is 44-50 droplets/cm3, and the droplet time interval is 30 ± 5 seconds
Product features
The structural components of this test chamber are made of stainless steel or brass, and the electrode head is made of platinum metal, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. The droplet count is accurate, and the control system is stable and reliable.
