Product features:
The HBS-3000 digital display (electronic force) Brinell hardness tester is an optical, mechanical, and electrical integrated product that adopts a precise mechanical structure and a microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. It is also one of the more advanced Brinell hardness testers in the world today. The use of imported components ensures more stable equipment operation and more accurate testing. Indentations can be directly measured on the instrument through a micrometer eyepiece, and the diameter, hardness value, and comparison table of various hardness conversions can be displayed on the LCD screen. The instrument also has terminal display, printing, and storage functions for sending RS232 serial port to the PC.
The body of the product is formed in one go through a casting process and has undergone long-term aging treatment. Compared to the splicing process, long-term use has minimal deformation and can effectively adapt to various harsh environments;
Automotive paint, with high quality and strong scratch resistance, remains shiny and new after years of use;
Sturdy structure, good rigidity, precision, reliability, durability, and high testing efficiency;
Overload, over position, automatic protection, electronic force, no weight; Automation of the experimental process and unmanned operation errors;
Adopting electric loading and unloading test force, closed-loop feedback is provided by a 5 ‰ precision pressure sensor, controlled by an ARM32 bit microcontroller, and can automatically compensate for the test force;
Equipped with high-performance stepper motors for automatic loading and unloading, resulting in less noise during testing;
Automatically input the diameter of the indentation, directly display the hardness value, and can achieve the conversion of any hardness scale, avoiding the tedious process of looking up tables;
Equipped with a built-in micro printer and optional CCD camera, image processing system, and video measurement device;
The accuracy complies with GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2, and American ASTM E10 standards.
Application scope
Measure the Brinell hardness of black metals, non-ferrous metals, and bearing alloy materials;
Widely applicable, especially suitable for Brinell hardness testing of soft metal materials and small components.
