2. Main functions:

This machine adopts computer control and is widely used for mechanical performance testing of non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastic, wires and cables, textiles, waterproof materials, non-woven fabrics, as well as metal wires, metal foils, metal sheets, and metal rods. It is also suitable for various finished product tensile, compression, peeling, shearing, tearing, bending (folding) tests when paired with specialized fixtures. It can print multiple types of data and make graphical output comparisons based on different data, with high control accuracy and easy operation; Adopting modular design, with a complete variety of accessory accessories and flexible matching.

This machine is mainly suitable for testing the mechanical properties of metals such as tension, compression, and bending. It can also achieve multiple dead cycle tests such as constant stress, constant strain, creep, relaxation, axial, and radial. According to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other standards, parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, constant elongation stress, constant stress elongation, and elastic modulus can be automatically calculated.
