2、 Working principle:
The instrument consists of two parts: mechanical transmission mechanism, electrical control, and LCD display circuit. Its basic working principle is that the movable and fixed clamps of the mechanical clamping device of the instrument clamp the two ends of the sample. The synchronous motor and mechanical transmission system drive the clamp to produce displacement at a certain speed. The clamped sample gradually elongates under this tensile force until it breaks. During this process, the LCD display part of the instrument displays the percentage elongation of the sample. When the sample breaks, the motor automatically stops
