1、 Product Usage:

The headphone wire resistance bending test machine is specifically designed to test the bending strength and resistance change of the plug lead and wire. If the resistance exceeds the upper or lower limit, it can automatically stop. This machine is used to fix the sample onto a fixture and apply a certain load. During the test, the fixture swings left and right. After a certain number of times, the wire breakage rate is checked, or the total number of swings is checked when the resistance exceeds the set upper and lower limits. This function automatically counts, and when the sample is bent to a broken wire or the resistance exceeds the limit, it can automatically stop the operation. It can choose to stop a single group exceeding the limit or stop the entire machine exceeding the limit, making it convenient for collection and analysis. This machine complies with the provisions of UL817 and other relevant standards, such as the General Safety Requirements for Cord Components and Power Cords, and the General Technical Standard for Headphones GB/T14471, which tests the bending of wires.
